Placing order

 To order from Fotosnipe, follow step by step guide through ordering process. You can refer to FAQs if you want any explanation. You can also contact us in case of any difficulties in placing/ creating order(s). 
Customers are allowed to change or modify their orders or any data in their orders. Once you have completed your order, a summary page will show your order(s) details. Customers should review their order summary. 
You are required to provide accurate and precise information about the particular identity of the recipient of the order and delivery Address. 
Once the customer confirms the order, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address confirming receiving the order. Customers can not change and cancel their orders and any part of it after they confirm it.
Previous orders are saved in your account to allow you re-order or to check your invoices.
This is provided as extra service and we don't carry any responsibility if this data is lost, we have the right to delete this data any time as part of our server maintenance, Website or network updates, or any disruption beyond our control. However as explained before the digital images is Fotosnipe property and customer can buy these data only if Fotosnipe agrees.
Any connection with 3rd party applications, such as facebook, picasa, you tube ...etc is secured and protected by these applications providers as we only use API to connect to them. We don't have access to your login data or your account on these applications. We have the right to delete any customer account and cancel any vouchers or offers without prior notice if customer has breached our terms & conditions.

The payment takes place directly after the order confirmation. In case of a failure to make the payment in due time, Fotosnipe has the right to call upon lawyers or firms specialised in debt collection. All resulting costs will be paid by the debtor. 

Validating an order on the site or any other service provided by Fotosnipe implies the customers' acceptance to use the electronic format for billing.

As this is entirely online business, we don't accept phone orders and we don't have phone customer support. You can contact us using the form in contact us page or sending an email to the relative department. We should answer your question within 24-48 hours.

Newsletter subscription could be cancelled any time. Just click on un-subscribe to on the received email. 

Pricing, Specifications and supply : 

Each product is priced individually, price may be different according to shape, size, colour, material or any different specification and additional finishing options. The price showed in price tab indicates the basic price for the product, each extra option is priced individually. The prices on the website are VAT inclusive and do not include Postage and Packaging costs. P&P costs are separately shown in price & delivery tab. P&P costs will be added to the customers’ orders in the check out.
Product's specifications tab will show general specifications & features for the product. Price calculator is a usueful tool to check the extra options for each product and help to calculate the price. However the total price will be shown again on the check out.

Any voucher or discount will be taken against the product/products price and will not include shipping, unless otherwise specified. Voucher and discounts are applicable on pre determined product(s) and not all products, unless otherwise specified.
All of the products prices, finishing options and extras, and delivery (all types) are subject to change without any prior notice and it is the customer, consumer, professional, user ..... responsibility to check that.

Its your responsibility to read the product specification before using the product and how it should be used or maintained. If you are in Doubt please

Our online payment system is secured and maintained by 3rd party company offering this facility. If you feel any fraud happened please contact us immediately by email and inform your bank.

Our website using shopping card facility, You can see your order in details, checking the price and the specifications and will allow you to do any modification prior to placing order. Offering these facility will give you an ample time to check your order. No alternations or cancellation to the products will be allowed after placing the order. However, you can contact us immediately if you feel you want to make any changes and we will do our best to do these changes if your order has not processed at that time.

If we agreed to cancel your product and refund the money, then £1 flat charges applys to the refund.

Packaging & Postage:
The postage price is including postage and packaging and is subject to change without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the delivery prices on our website. 
The Delivery Tab for each product will show the estimated delivery time depending on the Courier. 
Dispatch time could be less than what is indicated, However if there is any delay on the dispatch, because of unexpected conditions, circumstances beyond our control, Fotosnipe does not hold any responsibility in these cases and is not liable to pay any compensation.
Delays in seasonal times will be announced on our website or an email will be sent to the customer showing the dispatch time or offering refund if this does not suit the customer.
We don't carry any responsibility for any delay in delivering the product by any Courier or any third party. We are not liable to pay any compensation to customers or any third party. Its the customer responsibility to claim it against the courier. We use Royal Mail and other couriers. Every courier has its own policies and procedures in case of damaged or delayed delivery.
If the customer did not receive the order within the estimated delivery time given by us, then the customer should wait 15 working days in order to be capable to open a case with the courier . After these 15 working days, we will be able to open a case with the courier and here we are obliged to pass your contact information to the courier and any relevant authority to investigate the case. 
You are obliged by the law to co-operate with us, courier and any relevant authority in order to complete the investigation.  
Within the 15 working days we are only responsible to send a proof of postage if the customer has requested that, otherwise, we would not send any proof of postage. 
All of our products are packed professionally, and every effort is made to protect the items during postage. We carry high level of quality assurance on each product before packing and dispatch.
If there is any damage to the external packages, then we strongly advice you to refuse the delivery. If you accept receiving any damaged packing then its your responsibility to claim it against the courier. 
If you decided to choose non registered mail as delivery option, then a photo for the damaged product is required as proof prior to open the packaging.

If product found to be faulty/ damaged after opening the package. You should send a proof photo within 24 hours of receiving the product to support your claim.

In case of successful claim, we would offer you a replacement for the product without extra charges Or full refund if there is no stock.

If the Courier failed to deliver customer product because of any reason related to the customer such as, wrong address or unoccupied address. Customer will not be entitled to any refund or replacement. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate details of the shipping address and all of the information necessary to process and despatch his order as well as occupied address.

Delivery price includes postage and packaging, and calculated individually, unless otherwise specified. In case of multiple orders, each P&P will be added individually, NO COMBINE SHIPPING PRICE, unless otherwise specified.

What happens if the postal service fails to deliver the order to the recipient?

You are obliged to ensure proper reception of the order. This information includes the full and correct delivery address and the provision of a mailbox bearing the name of the recipient. For all returned parcels to Fotosnipe due to the customer's fault (eg. incorrect delivery address, addressee unknown, refused reception, not picking up the parcel at the post office within the time frame or other), you are unable to claim any compensation. Given the logistical cost of managing returns reshipment of returned orders will not be possible as this goes beyond what is reasonably required by Fotosnipe. However, each returned order will be destroyed immediately after reception to protect the privacy of our customers.

License for the photographs posted online

Ordering a product or using the user account service does not confer any right on Fotosnipe sites about the photographs stored on their server and it is only a license granted for the sole purpose of executing this service. 

Supplied Photos terms

There is photo quality indicator for the uploaded photos to help customers check their photo quality on printing, However the photo resolution required for different sizes could be found on specifications tab of photo prints. Overall, its the customer responsibility to check the resolution of their photos before uploading. (you can check our FAQs for resolution required).
No porn, sexual related photos, racism, religion offend, child abuse or any illegal photos accepted in our site. We reserve the right to cancel the order without any refund if any of these elements found. However, customers will be responsible for the contents of their Orders. We are not responsible to check the content of the customer’s order and any illegal element, offence ...........etc, is the customer responsibility. 
Unless the customer chooses to do manual colour correction, then our system will generate automatic colour correction. The printed colours might differ from the colours in your screen.
Our product might differ as a result of the level of customisation and the material used. 
The actual colours on our website, your pictures, designs, themes could be slightly different from your screen's colour.


Customer Account:
Customers should create an account in order to place an order, the account holder should meet all of the following criteria:

1. 13 years old or above.

2. Has a correct and validated email address (This is considered as the main contact point between us and the customer). This email will be used as a username to log into the website.

3. Customers are responsible to maintain their confidential account password. The customer will incur all the responsibility if someone has used his/her password and delete, damage, add, and change any photographs, design, material or any information in his/her account. In this case Fotosnipe does not hold any responsibility of any loss or damage to account holder data.  

4. Customers should have a validated and occupied shipping and billing address belong to him/her.    

5. Customers have the right to terminate their accounts at any time by giving 10 working days notice. In this case, customers should use ‘’contact us’’ tab to give that notice.  

6. Once the customer account termination has been done, all of the information, materials, designs and photographs will be deleted without any prior notice.  

Fotosnipe may, without prior recourse to a court jurisdiction or any form of compensation, immediately terminate the user account and/or block access to all or part of the user account or delete some or all of the digital photographs placed in the user account in the event these Terms and Conditions were violated.

7. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their account details and any changes made in their account such as, changes to his name, address, email address, phone number and any other required information should be reported immediately by updating their account information.

8. Customers can access their accounts at anytime. However, in maintenance, website or network updates, or any disruptions beyond Fotosnipe’s control, we do not hold any responsibility for any loss, damage of customers’ data.

Note: In the event that you supply invalid credit card details or details of a credit card that belongs to someone else, we reserve the right to terminate your account at any time without notice.

A. You are not allowed to remove any copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property notices contained in material on our websites from any copies or printed items taken of material from our websites.
B. You are not permitted to register multiple accounts for use by the same person unless specifically authorised by us in writing. Breach of this clause may result in immediate suspension of your service.
c. You are not allowed to upload, email to us or order printed items which contain or use any images or other material including text based annotations and comments, which contain any of the following: material which is defamatory of any person; material which is pornographic obscene, indecent or offensive; material which promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; material that is likely to incite hatred or violence against any person or group; material that is likely to deceive any person; blasphemous material; material which concerns or relates to any criminal act; material the use or inclusion of which infringes any copyright, trademark, database or other intellectual property right of any third party; material made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence; material which promotes any illegal activity; material which is threatening, abusive or invades another’s privacy, causes annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety; material which is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person; material used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person; material which gives the impression that it emanates from us, if this is not the case; material that advocates, promotes or assists any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse; or material that breaches any applicable laws or legislation.

Although we prohibit the uploading of certain types of image to our websites, we cannot control, nor do we monitor the use of our websites. It is possible that images or other material may appear on our websites which are unlawful or offensive and contravene our restrictions on content set out above. We are not responsible for such images or material but if you become aware of any such images or material on our websites please contact us without delay.

We may at our discretion contact law enforcement authorities if we are made aware that anything unlawful is occurring or has occurred in relation to our websites including the uploading or emailing of any images in breach of the above restrictions on content. We may provide copies of any relevant images or material to the law enforcement authorities and in that connection may also give them access to any personal data that is held by us.

We may refuse to provide any further services to anyone who breaches these terms of use.

We may terminate or suspend the operation of our websites (or terminate or suspend provision of any products or services offered through our websites) for support or maintenance work, in order to update the content or for any other reason. We may do this at any time and without notice. You are advised to keep back ups of all material provided to us. In particular, it is up to you to keep backup copies of images uploaded by you or emailed to us. We will not be responsible for keeping backups or for the loss of, deletion or corruption of any images or any other material uploaded onto our websites.
In the event that printed items are produced and prior to dispatch are then discovered to be in breach of these terms, we will not dispatch the printed items to you. We may, at our sole discretion, refund all or a proportion of the payment made in respect of the order concerned but reserve the right to charge in full as if the printed items had been dispatched.

To maintain continuity of service we reserve the right to use alternative photographic paper products in the production of printed items, to those stated on our websites.

Free printed items can only be claimed as part of an online order through our websites. Postage and packing charges will still apply and will need to be paid by credit or debit card or from your account, unless otherwise stated.
From time to time, we may not be able to accept an order for the following reasons:
A. If, unfortunately, we do not have your chosen goods in stock.
B. Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.
C. If there has been a pricing or product description error.
D. If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
E. If the order for personalised products contains reference to any copyrighted information where you have not obtained permission.
F. If your order for personalised products contains content which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, i
n breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience.

Please double-check your order on screen and your acknowledgement emails carefully to check that all the details are correct. We cannot refund items where the personalisation has been misspelled due to an error made by you. You can only make changes to your order before confirming it. If you are uploading a photo, images must be in a stated as accepted on the specifications tab on product page. One exception for this is existed where you are allowed to upload your design. In this case, the file should be uploaded in our standards. We will print the file as it is as we do not responsible for any liability to the customer or any third party for loss. For best results, we advise that you make the image dimensions approximately 1,000 pixels for the smallest edge of your photos. We print images at 300DPI (Dot Per Inch), so if you are scanning the image we recommend you use this setting.

Intellectual property

All text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, page layouts, design and other material that is contained on the Website is protected by Fotosnipe or third party copyrights, trade marks, logos, domains, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. You do not have permission, except where expressly authorised to do so, to change, copy, store, publish, rent, licence, sell or distribute in any way any of these intellectual property rights. "Fotosnipe" is our registered trademark, and you agree not to display or use it in any manner without our prior written consent.

Occasionally, we may provide links to other websites or resources for your convenience. We do not endorse the contents of those websites and are not responsible for their availability or service. 
We will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage which you may suffer by using those websites. If you decide to access linked third party websites you do so at your own risk. 


We exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and terms (whether express or implied) to the fullest extent permitted by law. We, any other party (whether or not involved in creating, producing, maintaining or delivering this Website), and any of our group companies and the officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents of any of them, exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, and whether in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise) in connection with your use of this Website in any way or in connection with the use, inability to use or the results of use of this Website, any websites linked to this Website or the material on such websites, including but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing this Website or your downloading of any material from this Website or any websites linked to this Website.
